2nd week of may recap and etc...

okay guys im back with the weeks update:
friday and saturday: i didnt really do anything except work coz mommy is getting frustrated that i only work only when the deadline is almost up which is true lol but i think she shouldnt complain as long as i get the job done. i did my mom just because i dont wanna get in trouble again lol! after work, i watched the school rumble marathon and just realize that i like this show. its pretty funny in a dorky kind of way (just like me!)

sunday: its mother's day and so i decided to spend the day with my mom. we were on the way to get my grand aunty from her house coz shes gonna spend the night on our house when my mom decided to check the mail box and there was a mail for me. it was the result of my state board test. yes! i finally passed! im finally licenced to work in the state of new york! time to find a summer job! i told my mom that that my mothers gift for her lol! and she was really happy that i finally got my CNA license. after that, i spent the rest of the day with my mom and my g.aunty in the mall coz they want to go shopping. i saw JC and geeterly at jersey garden and i think its pretty cool coz i finally know some people from nj other than Dee lol!

monday: this is my craziest day of the week! my mom made me wake up at 6 am to accompany my g. aunty to the philippine consulate. this was actually my 1st time going inside the philippine consulate and we got there pretty early. when we got there, there were mad filipinoes inside and they told us that every monday morning, they sing the philippine national anthem and the filipino pledge allegence. it was so cool! i didnt even know filipinoes got a pledge of allegence! then i took my g aunty to roosevelt ave in queens to get her hair done and this gay filipino stylist was convincing me to be a nurse SMH! then after that, i had to go to class so i dropped of my g aunty at 5 ave coz she wanted to go shopping while i go to class. i picked her up after class and we went home where i took a nap. my mom woke me up coz we had to drop off my g aunty back to her house and i saw a text message from lorelie that she wants to go to her sorority's party. it wouldnt be such a big deal but its at stonybrook, long island! ofcourse i didnt wanna let my drinking buddy down so i said i would go with her after i drop off my g aunty. i got to NYC at 10pm to pickup lorelie at her dorm and we took the LIRR to stony brook. on the train, i kept telling lorelie that it was monday nite and i couldnt believe that we are doing this! we got to stonybrook at 1:25 AM and lorelie's big sister, big brother and another sister picked us up from the train station. it was kinda crazy coz when we got to the sorority house, there was a cop car outside and we had to wait till they left. when we were walking to the house, it was pretty quiet but once someone opened the door... OMG! it was crazy up in there! there was people everywhere! i never really been to a sorority house party before so i didnt really know what to expect. the only word to describe it is CRAZY! there was beer pong tables, girls dancing, a makeshift bar and etc... it been awhile since i've been to a non asian party and i felt kinda out of place but i still had alot of fun especially watching them play beer pong. i thought ray and JP are good at beerpong but this people are no joke! it was the 1st time i saw a duo kill someone in 3 turns. it was jaw dropping! by 4am i was pretty beat already and i ended up sleeping at joanne's room.

tuesday: i didnt really get that much sleep coz we went with one of lorelie's sister to drop some people off then we had to get ready to leave so we wouldnt miss the train. me and lorelie were deciding what stop in the LIRR to get off coz we are kinda in the mood for jollibee and we are pretty hungry but we ended up getting off at forest hills coz i remembered that there is a boston market there. we had the half chicken platter and it was delicious! after lunch, we went to hunter to chill with friends and i ended up staying till 7pm watching a volleyball and handball games. we are all hungry so me, jeeves, jem and guido mike went to st marks to eat. we had milk tea from the J mart, two bros pizza and otafuku takoyaki's. vargas ended up meeting with us at there. i ended up getting home at 10 pm. i took a shower (coz i really felt nasty) then knocked out cold on my bed afterwards.

wednesday: i had to wake up semi early coz i have to go to queens to get my mom's paperworks and money. i got a text message from JP telling me to meet them at prime burger coz we have food journey. i didnt really like their burgers so i ended up getting a grilled cheese sandwich but i dont mind coz i just wanna chill with my homies anyway. after lunch, i stopped by hunter to see if anyone is there but sadly noone is there. i was feeling a little down so i decided to go to momofuku milk bar where they had a new cake. i ended up getting a slice of arnold palmer and banana cake to go. its official, both this cakes are my new fav cakes (sorry myra's mocha cake). then i went to otafuku and j-mart again coz i really wanted more takoyaki and milk tea.

thursday: its joanna and jerome's birthday! i left my house extra early coz i had to get joanna's present. i got to class 5 minutes late lol! but i dont really care coz its my very last day of class. probably my last class in hunter *tears* i chilled with my friends like how i do after class then after joanna's class was done, we decided to take her out. marifelle, diana, nelson, vargas and nico went with us. we 1st went to momofuku milk bar coz i wanted to get joanna a cake from there. i let her pick which one she wants and she decided on the dulce de leche cake. i also got something called a "volcano" (its a pastry with potato, caramelized onion, bacon and cheese sauce inside) coz i saw ed levine's entry about it. it was pretty funny coz they are closing early for a business party and they pretty much wants us to leave that they doubled up on my order so i ended up with 2 volcanos! nelson got alot of stuff there too! he had the ceral milk, pork buns and a ton of cookies. all of them are pretty good! after momofuku, we went to artichoke, we went to artichoke coz its pretty close to where we are and i remember constantly telling jo that im gonna take her there someday and today is that day! we met up with one of joanna's bff there (trish) and i and vargas had the margherita slice while felle and nico got the crab slice, nelson and diana got the artichoke slice and joanna got 6 slices for her family. after artichoke, i went home coz i was really tired. i actually fell asleep after the yankee game was over (10pm?)

1st week of May!

hey guys! there is not really much happend to me this week except dancing at the poh show, freddy's bday at space 212 and a new tattoo. yes! a new tattoo! im suppose to go today but due to a series of chained events, i ended up going a day early. i got an "eye of horus" on my right shoulder. its an egyptian symbol that suppose to bring protection and good luck to the bearer. and it is also a tribute to the 6 senses (hear, see, smell, touch, feel and thought). i wasnt really prepared when i got to the tattoo parlor. i had an idea but thats all i had. thank god the dude in the parlor is very good with photoshop. he basically worked with me till i was more than satisfied with the final design (i made the eye a little bit chinky coz i am filipino lol). i felt kinda bad that we took a long time with the final design coz the main reason i was there was joanna. she was getting her 1st tattoo and she "want and need" me to be there (aww!). too bad i missed the 1st pricks but other than that, i was right there by her side telling her to breath so she wouldnt faint lol! this is my 2nd tattoo so i kinda know what kind of pain to expect already. its pretty much tolerable, the only notable fact was that my tattoo artist is an old korean lady that kept calling me "baby" which made me a little uncomfortable but it was all good. i dont have any pics of my tat yet coz im kinda selfconcious with my body right now lol! gimme 2 weeks after the scabbing is done and i'll post it promise!

you guys probably heard this quote a million times before and in my opinion, its pretty much overly used by people to comfort someone that is going thru a break up. nope, im not going thru a breakup (far from it) but the reason its on my mind right now is, what would you do if they do come back but you dont feel the same anymore? its been a re-occuring problem for me and yea i know i sound such an asshole for not taking them back but COME ON NOW!!!!! its been 1 , 2 and fucking 7 years ago!!! and still expecting me to have arms wide open for them?! are you fucking kidding me?! im apologizing for my ranting lol! but i've learned so much through the years and a clear lesson i've learned is to never make someone a priority when they only make you an option. i believe this is a very sad example for this especially because it makes me look like their very last option *tears* lol. i dont really know what to do but right now instead of thinking too much about this, im just gonna smile and enjoy life. i hope you guys are doing the same =)
